“La Granda” is an association of breeders founded in 1996, which, with the help and direction of Mr Capaldo, believed and gave life to a project of promoting the Piedmontian bovine breed, re-evaluating the consumption of quality meat. Their Piedmontian Fassona is part of the Presidio Slow Food.
Rossi has been operating in Genoa since 1947 and is specialised in the production of high level culinary products. The Red Pesto was born from the desire of the Panizza family to raise the level of quality. An original recipe, that doesn’t make compromises in order to obtain a product that could be able to have a place at the worldwide high class culinary table.
