Co-founders of the Italian Panino Academy Foundation
After working for twenty years to achieve recognition for the panino in Italy and around the world as a high-quality gourmet product with the Panino Giusto brand, they developed the idea of promoting the cultural value of the Italian Panino in order to preserve its identity and promote it around the world from an impartial perspective, with no commercial motive, in a way that involves all players in the sector: producers, artisans, master panino-makers, retailers, chefs and restaurateurs, communicators and influencers, all talking to one other in a systematic way. Civita and Riva became patrons of the project, giving the Foundation - created in November 2015 - a prestigious venue, a literary heritage of 1,500 volumes on the subject, and organisational and educational resources to implement the directions given by an Advisory Board of 12 members, which meets periodically to decide on strategy and activities.
Bringing substantial experience in the field of cultural events and an innate ability to gracefully and ably overcome any obstacles that impede the project she is curating, she has dedicated the last few years of her work to the cultural and sociological value of the Panino. She has organised the first Italian library dedicated exclusively to this subject, collaborated on a large themed exhibition and coordinated the web magazine Panino Italiano. Her surprising place of birth (a Ugandan village) and dual Italian-Swiss citizenship make her a citizen of the world and, as such, a perfect ambassador for the Italian Panino around the globe.

Consultant in Business Communication since 1985, Ludovica has concentrated her expertise in the food sector since the year 2000, developing and building value for both larger and smaller companies in the food sector, as well as restaurants and distribution chains. She is passionate about the belief that food itself is a key communicator in human relationships and in fact improves relationships. Ludovica affirms that Panino Italiano has the potential to motivate food companies to affirm themselves within their market and amongst their competitors, together and in the wider, global community. From September 2015, Ludovica is the Branded Content, Public Relations and Press Office Supervisor for the Accademia del Panino Italiano and connected Fondazione projects.

writer and entrepreneur, Anna has applied her skills and experience in the food
industry after recognising it as a vehicle for culture. Her passion, together
with her inexhaustible enthusiasm, has seen her at the head of some of the most
important publications as well as of professional and amateur Italian cooking
schools. She has been the supervising director of the PANINO ITALIANO magazine
since 2016, for both the digital and paper formats, and she has been the
Director of the Scuola Accademia del Panino Italiano since 2017, exclusively
training and developing both professionals in this sector, as well as
passionate consumers, with varying educational programmes.

Training and events
around 20 years in the PR/Marketing and Communications sector, with a specific
focus on the Travel & Leisure Market, Cristina found in the Accademia del
Panino Italiano the ideal context in which to share her professional experience
and natural aptitude to give value to â€œwhat is genuine and beautiful about
Since 2017, Cristina has been organising courses for the Panino Italiano School,
aimed at the development of professionals who are passionate about this sector,
and heads the social sustainability project â€œRestart with cookingâ€, and all
teaching programmes related to specific training courses.
Gradueted at IULM University in Milan in Media and Advertising, she is constantly launched by a curiosity to come "things work", including people. This sort of analytical "disassembly" that operates in front of a each new process, makes it that she understands the intrinsic opportunities, thus transforming them into extremely useful ideas, solution, translations (even on social networks) for those who work with her.
Born in Milan in 1965, graduated from Luigi Bocconi University with excellent grades in 1989. Registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1991 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995. Registered with the Court of Milan as an expert witness for tax matters and criminal matters in the field of taxation. He specializes in tax, criminal trade matters, as well as in financial statements, and has published several articles on tax matters in the past collaborating, among others, with the magazine Il Fisco. He has served as a technical member of the Assolombarda technical/tax Committee. Tax consultant for various industrial, commercial and financial companies, he has gained significant experience with asset management companies, authorized stockbrokers and real estate funds. He is and has been a statutory auditor in listed companies and, in particular, in credit, financial and insurance institutions. Independent director of a listed group. He has been a member of the Supervisory Body, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, of public interest entities pursuant to Art. 16 of Legislative Decree No. 39/2010. Founder of the professional association in the â€˜90s. Within the professional association, among other things, he is responsible for the quality system, procedures and IT.
