Ludovica Amat

Since 1985, she has worked in communication, helping companies to build and defend the assets of reputation and visibility.
Since 2000 she has focused on the food sector, curating and prompting projects for food producers, associations, catering company and industry figures. What excites her about food is mainly its ability to encourage and improve relationships between people, and she considers food itself to be a great communicator.
She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Italian Panino Academy, for which she also handles the press office, public relations and liaison with publishing activities.
